From the first decision about what comes with you, to the last box unpacked in your new home, I handle the parts that overwhelm most people. You get to focus on the move itself, and on what comes next.
Pack up what you own, carry it to the new house, done. That part is what a moving company is for, and they’re good at it. The hard part is everything else: getting your home ready to list, curating the things that will actually serve you in your next chapter, and responsibly letting go of the rest.
I come at that with a curator’s eye. We look at your legacy pieces together and decide how much you want to carry forward, then handle the practical weight around it: the paperwork, the appointments, getting a handyman in for repairs, making the calls. I’m the extra person who can look at all of it and say “I’ve got this,” and who’s there to talk it through when you need that too.
A move is one of the biggest investments you’ll make, and not only the financial kind. It’s an investment in your quality of life. That’s worth having someone steady in your corner for.
Unlike a traditional mover who only shows up on moving day, I can work with you over time. Some clients want help at one specific point; others want me from the first sort to the last shelf. Both work.
The packing is only part of it. A move usually means clearing out things you’ve held onto for years, lining up the right help, and making decisions you’ve never had to make before. I handle that side too, so you’re not chasing five different companies on your own.
After years organizing homes across the greater Phoenix area, I know the neighborhoods and I’ve built relationships with trusted local pros I can point you to. And when a job needs to move faster than one person can manage, I bring in my trusted team of organizers so you still hit your timeline.
Some of the hardest parts of a move have nothing to do with boxes. It’s curating which things still hold meaning and which ones you can let go of. It’s the loved ones who are used to you keeping certain pieces, or who’ve been storing their own things at your place for years. It’s getting everyone to actually come collect what’s theirs, and the moments where the whole family sees it a little differently.
I’ve helped a lot of families through this, and I bring a steady, patient presence to it. With a background in psychology and conservation, I can help you figure out what’s truly worth keeping for the memory, and what can be preserved another way: photographed, documented, and passed on without holding onto every object.
The quickest way to figure out what makes sense is to just talk it through. Tell me where you are in the process and what’s feeling overwhelming, and we’ll go from there. Call or text, whatever’s easiest for you.
