No guesswork, no surprises. Just a clear path from where you are to where you want to be.
Most of the people who reach out to me have been putting this off for a while. The project feels too big, or too emotional, or they’re not sure where to even start. That’s okay. You don’t have to have it figured out before you call. Here’s how the process works.
Text or call me at 602-206-6674, or send a message through the contact form.
Tell me a little about what you’re working with. It doesn’t have to be detailed — I just want a general sense of the project before we talk.
I’ll follow up to schedule a phone call. This is where we really dig into the project — what’s going on, what you’re hoping for, and what the timeline looks like.
For larger or more complex situations — estates, hoarding situations, full-home organizing — I may suggest a walk-through, either virtually or in person, before we schedule anything. There’s no charge for this conversation.
Once I understand the scope, I’ll give you a realistic picture of what the project involves and how many sessions it might take.
If we need movers, haulers, donation pickups, or other services, I’ll coordinate those so you’re not juggling multiple vendors on top of everything else.
I show up ready to work — and for larger projects, I may bring trained subcontractors through NAPO Arizona, people who meet my standards for quality, discretion, and care.
We sort, assess, and build systems that actually fit how you use your space. I work at your pace, and I won’t pressure you to let go of anything you’re not ready to release. If your situation involves working alongside a therapist or care manager, I’m used to that and genuinely welcome it.
Before our time together wraps up, I make sure the space is left as clean, functional, and ready-to-use as possible. Items headed for donation, recycling, or disposal are packed and prepared so you know exactly what the next step is.
Electronics and batteries get recycled properly — not just tossed. And your first car of items to a donation or recycling center is on me.
The goal isn’t just a tidy room. It’s a space that works for you — one that’s easier to maintain, easier to live in, and actually reflects where you are right now in your life.
I’m available for follow-up sessions as things change.
You don’t need to have it figured out before you reach out. Call or shoot me a text. Two minutes is enough to get the ball rolling.
