During our initial consultation call, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. This call will help us understand your wants and needs so that we can tailor our services to meet your expectations. If it seems like a good fit, we can then proceed to schedule a complimentary in-person consultation.
Our in-person consultation, which lasts for one hour, allows us to meet in person and gain a better understanding of your vision for your home. During this meeting, we will discuss what you are looking for in terms of organization and design, and how we can best support you in achieving your goals.
After the consultation, we will provide you with a proposal that outlines the cost of our services, any additional professional organizers required for the job, and the shopping fee. We also offer the convenience of shopping for organizing products on your behalf, as our team is well-versed in the products offered by The Container Store. For a fee of $50, we will shop, deliver, and return any unused products.

Step 1: Your Journey Begins with a Phone Consultation
To kick things off, we offer a no-pressure phone consultation. This is an opportunity for us to understand your project goals and desires for the space you want to organize. We will address any questions or concerns you may have and determine if we are the right partner for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure that we are a perfect fit for your vision.
Step 2: Let’s Dive Into Your Space
If you decide to proceed with us, Sarah will visit your home to take pictures of the space and assess its needs. She will work with you to determine the design elements, such as colors and functionality, and discuss what items can be reused and what needs to be purchased. Together, we will be aligned in terms of budget, expectations, and the final vision for your space. For custom builds like pantries, closets, garages, or studies, Sarah will take accurate measurements and collaborate with her direct contact at The Container Store to create a 3D Mockup of the custom build. This ensures that you get a product expertly designed for your home and items without any unnecessary sales pressure.
Step 3: Schedule and Simplify
Once the details are ironed out, we will schedule the project. In the case of a custom design, we will prioritize the installation date and aim to minimize disruption to your home by having the Eclectic Living Spaces team onsite to organize the space the following day, whenever possible.
For other organizing projects, we will directly schedule the necessary time. As part of our commitment to making the process as seamless as possible, we will pre-shop for all the supplies you need. You can trust that we will return any extra items after the project, making sure you only pay for what you truly need.
Step 4: Experience the Organizing Magic
Organizing Day has arrived! Our team of expert organizers will efficiently process through your space, sorting like items together and cleaning as needed. This initial sort will provide you, the homeowner, with a fresh perspective on your belongings. If we’re organizing a pantry, we’ll also check for expiration dates during this process. You will then have the opportunity to review the items and decide what, if anything, you want to declutter, donate, or toss. Rest assured, we will never pressure you to part with anything you’re not ready to let go of. Additionally, we’ll discuss any items that don’t belong in the space and find appropriate new homes for them.
Step 6: Sit Back, Relax, and Enjoy
Finally, we’ll pack up our supplies, remove any trash generated during the project, and return any unused storage products. If desired, we can also take care of donating any items you no longer need. The result? A beautiful, clean, and fully functioning space without any mess or additional work required from you. Now it’s your turn to simply enjoy the newly organized area of your home.
